Troubleshooting Bank Sync
Common Connection States
Section titled “Common Connection States”- Active — Connected and syncing normally
- Error — A sync issue occurred and may need attention
- Login Required — The institution requires re-authentication
- Pending Expiration — The consent or connection may need refreshing soon
First Things To Check
Section titled “First Things To Check”- Confirm the connection status in the app
- Try a manual sync if the option is available
- Reconnect the institution if login or consent has expired
- Check whether sync is enabled for the linked account
If You Disconnect
Section titled “If You Disconnect”Disconnecting a connection usually stops future sync while preserving existing imported transactions.
After Reconnecting
Section titled “After Reconnecting”Review recent transactions, balances, and payee naming to make sure the connection resumed as expected.
