Troubleshooting Bank Sync

  • Active — Connected and syncing normally
  • Error — A sync issue occurred and may need attention
  • Login Required — The institution requires re-authentication
  • Pending Expiration — The consent or connection may need refreshing soon
  1. Confirm the connection status in the app
  2. Try a manual sync if the option is available
  3. Reconnect the institution if login or consent has expired
  4. Check whether sync is enabled for the linked account

Disconnecting a connection usually stops future sync while preserving existing imported transactions.

Review recent transactions, balances, and payee naming to make sure the connection resumed as expected.
