Troubleshooting Bank Sync

  • Active — Connected and syncing normally
  • Error — A sync issue occurred and may need attention
  • Login Required — The institution requires re-authentication
  • Pending Expiration — The consent or connection may need refreshing soon
  1. Confirm the connection status in the app
  2. Reconnect the institution if login or consent has expired
  3. Wait a few minutes — sync runs automatically in the background; there is no manual trigger in the UI

Disconnecting a connection stops future sync while preserving existing imported transactions. Closing the last account linked to a connection also auto-disconnects the consent at the bank.

Review recent transactions, balances, and payee naming to make sure the connection resumed as expected.
