Click on any account to view:

  • Current balance and balance history chart
  • Transaction list with account-specific filters and search
  • Running balance column showing the balance after each transaction

Each account type has specialized properties:

  • Debt accounts — Interest rate, monthly payment, credit limit, payment due day
  • Investment accounts — Investment subtype, cost basis
  • Physical assets — Purchase price, asset subtype

The Accounts page offers two view modes:

  • List view — Compact rows grouped by account group
  • Card view — Visual cards with balance and sparkline charts

Accounts can be sorted by name, type, or balance. Use the filter options to show or hide closed accounts.

Each account can be assigned to a specific Workspace member via the owner field. This helps track who owns which accounts in shared Workspaces.

Accounts have a “Track for Budget” toggle. Cash and Debt accounts are tracked by default; Investments and Physical Assets are not. Only tracked accounts affect budget calculations.

Accounts that are no longer active can be closed. Closed accounts and their transactions are preserved but hidden from default views. Toggle “Show closed accounts” to see them.
