Statuses & Definitions

Transaction Statuses

• Pending — Not yet processed or fully settled
• Cleared — Processed by the bank
• Reviewed — Manually checked by you

Connection Statuses

• Active — Connected and syncing normally
• Error — A problem occurred during sync
• Login Required — Re-authentication is needed
• Pending Expiration — Consent or connection expiry is approaching

Workspace Roles

• Owner — Full administrative access
• Member — Can work with shared financial data but has fewer administrative controls
