Transfers
Transfers represent money moving between your own accounts.
How Transfers Work
Section titled “How Transfers Work”Both sides of a transfer are linked together, and transfer payees are automatically created for each account.
This helps Plutus distinguish:
- Real spending
- Real income
- Internal movement between your own accounts
Why Transfers Matter
Section titled “Why Transfers Matter”Marking transfers correctly improves:
- Spending reports
- Category totals
- Net worth accuracy
- Account balance history
